Well gents, this is my first post on this app. After 10 years of addiction, I’m tired of this horrible habit that is ruining my life around me. To the fellow day one crew, let’s attack this together. To the vets in this space, let our post nut clarity dissuade you from relapsing. This post is titled “I criticize by creation, not by finding fault” after Marcus Cicero. Use this quote as you will but to me this represents the start of a long journey toward happiness and the end of a terrible habit chasing instant gratification.
