Was going strong for about 22 days the longest I’ve been in 8 years without porn and masterbation. Going to get counseling to help me overcome this for good. Gonna come out the other side a new man thanks to Jesus and myself pushing through this shit. Pls drop some motivation and tips

My biggest tip I can give you is to find a small group of friends (2-4) that have been dealing with this too that are also trying to stop and hold each other accountable. Check up on each other and encourage each other, and share stories of what happened. Trying to do it on your own but knowing that you have a group of people to motivate you makes a big difference!
