I NEED HELP!

I don’t know if I relapsed or not. While I was watching a show called The Reacher a sexual scene came on, I accidentally stared for a bit before snapping out of it. I felt bad because I’m really trying to stay disciplined and avoid that kind of stuff. It wasn’t intentional I promise. Is it a relapse?
