This app is my first last resort—and it has been great! 29 days in after 43 years of addiction! My mind doesn’t go to porn anymore. My desire isn’t for porn anymore. When I see people, I don’t try to look for things that would trigger lust. I can think more clearly. I’m even reducing some of the medications I’ve been taking forever because my stress and pain levels are lower. And this is just nearly 1/3 of the way to 90 days!
