Why can’t I use the panic button ?

I can feel early on the day, that I feel triggered. It actually often just come from within, without much external triggers like others or Social media. I just feel from within the desire to jerk off and watch some porn. It also doesn’t help that I’ve found a way to breach the blocker:/ how do you make yourself glide away from triggers and urges and fx use the panic bottom ? Anyone willing to exchange contacts and help each others with accountability? Like maybe in a small group 4-10 people ?
