Gym Cardio

Yesterday I made a post saying how I started gym again and how i’m now motivated to do so. It’s working great as a distraction (and of course to get into good shape again). The thing is today was my leg day, aka my rest day, so instead of staying at home I decided to finally do cardio. I hopped on the bike out some anime on in the background and honestly this might be the way to go. I recommend it to anyone that’s been reluctant to cardio like me, it’s not that bad!
