Delete social media and stop watching tv shows/movies

For the first month, i highly advise you to delete all social media, dating apps and stay away from any tv shows or otherwise that may show anything promiscuous. When i was recovering, i swear i would be triggered by even just some attractive women who was wearing something a little promiscuous on a tv show i was watching. 40 days ago. Deleted social media, only watched cartoons or youtube from creators i know there wont be anything that will trigger me and after one month i downloaded everything back and i see everything again but feel no urge whatsoever to go back to the habit or watch porn. One of the best things i did.

@z let me know how it goes. There are so many good cartoons/anime to watch anyway. And deleting insta/tik tok and getting of that BS gave me so much more time and made me 20X more productive too

10000% I think the biggest help for me was deactivating my instagram. I think for the most complete results, you have to cut out all visuals that titillate your mind. This gives you a full reboot and restart.
