My number one piece of advice for everyone is this: make it as hard as possible to fail. If you want to succeed you have to set yourself up for success. Delete social media, spend less time on your phone, don’t take it into the bathroom, install content blockers, etc. Whatever you can do now to make it harder for future you to access porn, do it.
