Day 1 Vibes

Hey guys, today is Day 1 for me. This past Saturday I watched p*rn and j*rked it three times by 4:00 PM and I knew I was meeting up with my girlfriend that night to have sex. So I literally c*me 4 times on Saturday. That’s when I realized I might have an issue. So, today is my day 1. While I was at work today I saw this girl with a really nice body. My first thought was “oooh she’s hot I can’t wait to jerk off later I’ll try and find a girl online who looks like her.” However I immediately reminded myself I’m not doing that anymore, and I was disgusted I had that thought in the first place. I hung out with my girlfriend earlier, didn’t get laid, but the distraction was nice. But now I am home and… I’m bored. So bored. It’s currently 9:52 PM and typically right now I’d be surfing the web trying to find a p*rn video to watch, but instead I was on Facebook and happened to see this app, so here I am making my first day post.
