just like usual, i drop my gf off at work and i sit in the parking lot, scrolling thru tik tok and i get the smallest triggers and it sends me into the rabbit hole. i don’t know how to go about fixing this issue i have at these times. i got a suggestion to spend this time at the gym, i meant to start going yesterday but got into a car accident on monday, destroying the car i’ve spent so much time and money on and the stress of the whole situation and a foot injury has caused me to not be able to go. if i can just fill up these two hours i’ve got im confident i can help myself get better.

You need to find a better outlet. The suggestion was made last time to join a nearby gym - that’s a great one. First, you need to remove all the triggers you’re continuing to lean into - delete Instagram, delete TikTok, say goodbye to any platform showing your provocative content. If you’re going to remain in that car, then you need to find an activity that can be done in there. Is there something you can bring to make it productive time? Is there a hobby you can partake in? You need to give these questions some thought and figure out what works for you, but must must must remove the temptations or you’re going to do the same thing over and over and you’re posts here are proof you don’t want that for yourself

Same experience with Insta reels, tbh those apps are lust baits. Better to delete them
