upsetting
just like usual, i drop my gf off at work and i sit in the parking lot, scrolling thru tik tok and i get the smallest triggers and it sends me into the rabbit hole. i don’t know how to go about fixing this issue i have at these times. i got a suggestion to spend this time at the gym, i meant to start going yesterday but got into a car accident on monday, destroying the car i’ve spent so much time and money on and the stress of the whole situation and a foot injury has caused me to not be able to go. if i can just fill up these two hours i’ve got im confident i can help myself get better.
