NoFap works.

Hi guys I’m day 30 of NoFap which is one of my personal records for NoFap. I just wanted to list out the benefits I’ve been feeling. Ever since downloading this app, I’ve seen a dramatic decrease in relapses (two relapses total), increased confidence, and I enjoy my life that much more. Yes, I know it’s not just because of NoFap but other things as well but the mental clarity of NoFap is just amazing. I just received my first job offer today and what a great day to celebrate my NoFap journey milestone than a job offer. Thank you Quitter community.
