I’m a failure
I fucking relapsed for the 3rd time in a week… and I was doing so good but relapsed hard. I’m gonna lock tf in now. Wake up (or try to) at 6am every day, eat a good breakfast, hit the gym, do all of that stuff. I’ve put it off for way too long and it’s time to change this shit for the better.
Youre not a failure, just get back stronger and dont let the enemy get to you
