Yes I stopped smoking weed for other reasons as well but this is probably the biggest 110 percent it does at least For me and I’m willing to bet it will for most people fighting this addiction

You’re replacing an addiction with another addiction. That’s never ever a good thing.

Just like pornography, I think that anything that negatively effects the temple that god gave you will make your ability to stop a specific addiction even harder , this and being under the in fluence brings out / enables a lot of your uncontrollable urges , where as if you were sober you would be able to control him better. So yeah automatically makes your urges a lot worse

I actually struggled with smoking weed a few years ago, and the way I felt about that is how I can feel about porn sometimes, if not worse. It was a strange experience though because I found that sometimes I wouldn’t look at porn nearly as much when I smoked. I do think that if it does make your urges stronger, I would advise to stop smoking weed too. A lot of the negatives from porn and weed amplify each other.

You don’t go from using heroin to being an alcoholic. Both the same evil. Just in a different form.
