I am on day 2 just about after ending my streak. How do I deal with the constant cravings all day. It feels like it constant and when it constant it feels like I’m bound to give in at some point. Some days it’s easy and some day I can’t help myself but want to all day, any suggestions?
The cravings are only there because you feed them whether you realise this or not. How often are you scrolling through instagram in the hopes you’ll see something that will give you a craving. Stop feeding it
