I broke my promise

I said I wasn’t going to watch porn and I did. But regardless I am going to shake this this year. It is my utmost goal and priority. To all of you out there. Don’t let it get you down if you relapse, but for sure let yourself learn from it. I learned from mine and will do differently next time.
