Almost 4days

Getting close to 4days with out porn or fapping , I already do feel more focused than usual …I still want to grab my phone and go on a porn frenzy but luckily it hasn’t happen ,in these 4days I also noticed feeling stronger …idk maybe a Plato but I do feel good ,thank you to the community honestly the first couple days were really tough
