10000% helps. I’ve had more accountability and encouragement here in the last two weeks and I have in the last year IRL.

Yes. It’s early days but I think it’s definitely helping me already. 8 days, and going strong

It works to an extent. It’s important, and the community can keep you committed and accountable, but I relapsed 28 times using this app, I put my faith in Jesus and I’ve had my longest streak yet. I don’t believe it works without God. Read daily scripture, commune with God through prayer. That’ll seee you through, praying for you brother 🙏
