I have uninstalled social media, installed internet blockers for every site imaginable that could create an urge but when I get an urge all that goes out the window and I reinstall instagram just see photos of girls or boobs like not jerking off just looking at it but I know it’s such a bad habit and has come back to bite me in the past. I need to stop doing it
