I’m a mess.

I’ve had this app for a while now. Initially it started really good, going like 12+ days no fap or porn. At the time I was also trying to quit weed and both were going very well. After 12 days I decided to smoke weed that night and I ended up relapsing that same night. I have since been smoking weed a lot and fapping a lot. I think these two things, weed and porn, are interlinked in my subconscious and I’m making a second attempt to quit weed for good this time. I got super baked last night and watched my explicit videos for the last time and I never want to go back. So here it is my real first step.

The thing is that you’ve linked both of those to things so if you relapse on one you’ll relapse on the other too. Like, if you go a month without smoking and then you smoke then you’re just gonna feel down or undisciplined and you’ll be more likely to fap too.

Yeah man, you have to quit the triggers too. Whether it be drugs or alcohol. If they drive you to give in, you need them out of your life.
