I swear to god yesterday afternoon, I went over a friends house to chill and watch a movie. Then around 12am or so I get a notification that someone added my gym account on insta and dmd me. I read the dm and it’s a 18 y/o girl from another state saying I look cute and shit. She gave me her snap and turns out she was tryna trades nudes😭(I just turned 20). Bro she sent me videos of her touching herself, etc and asking for me to do the same. I didn’t even notice till after I got back home and read the notification. I let her know I don’t send nudes online because of my safety but oh god was the temptation fucking high. Mind u, none of this has ever happened to me until yesterday and it’s also been the longest streak I’ve had (30+ days). If y’all want any advice or have any questions just comment below.

Appreciate it bro Ima be honest, the urge was crazy strong ngl. But what helped was reminding myself that fapping would reset everything I’ve worked for. I also didn’t wanna throw it all away over a quick hit of dopamine. The regret after relapsing is much much worse than the small pleasure you feel in the moment. But you got this, we all have our own battles
