Those urges can be quite convincing I know… and I don’t know if you have any religious convictions or anything like that but I know that when those urges are coming and my mind says those things… I am under attack and I need to look to the God who has already claimed me as his own. This fight is a hard one I know… but don’t give into the urges to “just watch.” I hope it’s okay to pray for you.
