As a man: In my "prime" time I stepped out of the class room or away from work just to the bathroom or locker room and did it. No one could say if I'm going to pee or to jerk off because I was very fast if I wanted to. Also did it in train but there sometimes just at my seat. One time (which is very disgusting) I jerked off in train on a woman I saw next to me. I hided my wiener with my bag and just did it. Also in car. Not proud of it and its very disgusting but thats how it was. We also have easy access. Just need a lockable room or be hidden from others. But now I can proudly say I'm clean and know how to handle with the urges

addiction doesn’t have a preference on gender. men can just as easily jerk off as women can. in the worst of my addiction i could step away from work and jerk off in the bathroom in less than 5 minutes.
