Quitting porn and/or masturbating

I actually quitted masturabtion for 6 weeks today and actually without any apps i just locked in but then i tried to feed that feeling by doing smth worse which was porn it was seriously worse i had no idea what that was how does life goes i got actually traumatized and when i watch i watch for curiosity not pleasure but smth was just pulling me in everytime i just cry and cry for no reason then relapse and start all over again

I’m doing just porn for now. But I am HEAVILY limiting how much I masturbate as well. Porn and masturbating are two completely different battles.
