The Most I’ve ever made it was 15 days I remember during that 15 days it felt like my whole life was better but I simply can’t stop myself it’s always straight after work I get the urge and it feels impossible to get over any tips?
Something that worked for me is just staying active. I go on walks regularly and it helps me get through the urges. I’ve also really learned to enjoy walking during this journey. It helps me think and it’s therapeutic for me. Maybe this can help you. Proud of you!!
