Ive made it one week sober. And I’ll be honest, the energy I have is amazing. It’s so crazy I once would be annoyed that I couldn’t sleep. But really, I couldn’t sleep because I had so much energy to put to use!
This makes so much sense, I struggle especially nights when I can't sleep. Got to find other outlets for that energy keeping me up!
