Guys… i’m struggling bad. Every time i think i’m doing good before bed i some how find myself there again.

Cut out the things that tempt you. Change your social media or make new ones entirely. Do meditation before bed and reflect

You have to flip that switch in your head is it one day or day one and actually mean it until you accept that it’ll be the same cycle. Also when you’re feeling that way before bed get up and do some exercise or anything and get your mind off it you have to avoid triggers
