Be Encouraged and in the Word

“But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life.” John 4:14 When I’m in Godly community or in the Word, porn is undesirable. The urges are still there, but when I’m reminded of the Good News those desires easily fade away or get pushed to the background. The Devil’s goal is to lie, kill and destroy. He lies to us about our identity, tries to kill our hope of ever being clean, and tries to destroy us spiritually AND physically with masturbation. But be ENCOURAGED! We’ve got this. If you ever need to flee from the temptation of porn, open up the Bible. The Good Father knows what’s best for you and pornography is on the complete opposite side of that spectrum.
