Anyone got some tips or methods to fall asleep quicker, cuz I’ve noticed that I’m the most tempted when I can’t sleep and end up on my phone. Anything helps tbh 🤷‍♂️

Workout, bro. It’s normal — the imbalance of hormones in the beginning can mess with your sleep. Just work out, eat clean, and be patient. Day by day, your sleep will improve

And keep any blulight out of the eye pr near it. Your phone has filters tp reduce blue light as well

All these ideas are good, but I would recommend reading a book before bed, with quick summaries of what you read, what you liked, and a dictionary for any new words found in the book of your choice.

Try putting headphones in and listening to pink noice works wonders for me

Melatonin. I use it when I need to go to bed early if something needs to be done early in the morning. Start with small doses and don’t use it every night or you end up dependent on it.
