i need to stop ASAP

as a high school student, i hate to admit it but im addicted to this shit. my confidence is at an all time low and im tired of always feeling drained and feeling unhappiness all the time. this also affects me from talking to females and if i want to see improvement in my life i need to stop. trying my hardest to stop, but its easier said than done.
