Question about watery semen

Hey guys, I just started this journey. I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with watery semen and was fixed with stopping masturbation and porn. I’ve been jacking off everyday sometimes twice for a decade and a few years ago my semen is becoming consistently watery and greyish. I’m about to get married so I want to get this fixed. Anyone have this problem and was able to solve it. I’m assuming I just over ejacualted and don’t leave enough time for adequate sperm to be made. Thank you in advance
