Entering day 3 after 3 previous relapses this month.
About to enter day 3, energy is high, feeling good about the next few days but I know it’s not going to be easy. I have relapsed 3 times this month, none of which were with porn usage but still counting them as a relapse. I’m very big into physical fitness, i’ve been working out for about 5 years now and can say that I’ve built myself a nice physique. I’m a natural lifter and being one I prioritize maximizing my natural Testosterone levels to insure i’m making as much gains as possible. This has been a big motivator for me to quit fapping since studies show constant ejaculation can cause diminished Test levels. I’m hoping maybe others that are fitness oriented can take this and use it as some motivation as well. Good luck friends!
