Defining what a relapse is for me

Just thought to make a lil post for myself to hold myself accountable. How I’ve defined a relapse is any time I’m on a gay hookup app, porn website and any climax from masturbating. Before I was lying to myself being veryyyy permissive with what counts as a relapse and I think the more im reflecting the more I’m starting to be honest with myself and what I need to do to get better.
