Something I think is really important that a lot of people don’t think about is if you’re going to beat this you need to be building your mental strength/discipline by doing other things. setting limits for screen time, following schedules, going to bed at a good time, and delayed gratification are all great things you can work on to build your strength to be able to control yourself when you get urges
