Guys this may sound dumb lol. But a good change I made was not drinking energy drinks everyday. I’ve had one everyday since 2020. Or just about everyday. I used to not have anxiety etc until I started that. The high caffeine and stims have long term effects. Not that I don’t have them everyday I’ve felt a lot better
Doesn’t that shit decay your heart valves?
