Depends on how you define relapse for yourself. I See a lot of questions on what counts or doesn’t count. You decide your own boundaries. It’s a critical part of getting through this. For me right now my only goal is to get off porn. So it’s only a relapse if I intentionally engage with pornography (for me I include any sexually provocative images or videos). Stopping masturbation may become part of my goal but it isn’t right now. TBH, though pornography rarely led to masturbation for me though. Weird, I know.
