I’m at all time low
I have severe porn addiction, social media addiction and I’m fat I really want to find a solution to all of that my exams are after 2 weeks and I’m desperate for a solution . Please guys I’m reaching out for your help.

I’m not fat but I used to be fairly muscular. Since then I had been using porn more often, gained some unflattering weight and just became u healthy overall. To combat this I now go to the gym and do the bare minimum but stay consistent. What I mean by this is I go everyday, do half an hour of walking/throwing in some jogging. And I hit 1 main exercise (bench press, squat or deadlift). Then usually I’ll do something in my arms (biceps, triceps) or calves. This entire workout can be done in 1 hour to 1.5hrs which shouldn’t take much of your day and leaves plenty of time for anything else you need to do
I also started eating more consistently with easy meals. Like I have wraps, eggs and a couple things like olives, pickles, onions. So when I need something to eat all I really need to do is fry some eggs and slap it together. Minimal effort and quite healthy
