Watched but I didn’t cave

Had the excuse in my head of “I’m tired so I can do this” so the urge led me to look up stuff despite having blocked sites. I watched videos, literally ready to do it, but ultimately didn’t do it. And holy shit my head just hurts from watching it. It’s crazy as I’m 1 day from 30 days of not jacking off but today could’ve been the one to set me back. Going to keep pushing forward.
