Hey everyone! hope you guys are doing well. I have been trying to get off this stuff for a while now and I have found this app. I hope it helps me. I also wanted to ask if anyone has experienced this. I've only been able to make it for about a day and a half before it all comes back and I just can't resist this temptation. what's even worse is that it comes back stronger every single time and I find myself doing some really horrible things. I don't know a way out tbh. I'm going to try to start getting close to God and see how much that can help me. I also wonder about resetting my phone. I think it'd make my mind stop a little but and it'd log me out of alot of stuff that's making it all to easy to come back. what do you guys think? any practices that you do that help out? Whenever you get tempted, do sit ups or crunches until you stop thinking about it. You’ll get some good ab definition and get off these addiction.
