This commitment has helped me greatly.

TLTR at the bottom I know I’m only on day 15 but let me tell you what commitment is helping my greatly, I apple screen time on my phone and blocked all adult content with that and I had my mom choose the password and told her not give it to me for 30 days, but I still am an adult and want to and some things need to use my phone for like internet and some social media so I didn’t put a limit on those things on screen time but what I did do is download the freedom app and I got the premium version of that and it allows you to block any apps whenever you want and I had my mom make the password for that too, and I make my own screen time limits so once I hit it I just block it for the rest of that day, but what’s really nice is unless if I have the passwords to the freedom account and my Apple screen time there is no way that I can take the blockers off, which is really nice because I know if I ever get an urge I can block all apps with internet and the only way to get it off is if I get my mom to give me the password which I told her strongly not too for 30 days and it just makes life so much less stressful because I feel like it’s almost impossible for me to find porn if as long as block apps that I could find it on when I get an urge. I also gave her my Roku and said don’t give it to me for 30 days so my tv is now useless so I now have time to do all the work I need to do and have been putting off be it mental or spiritual or physical.
