I have relapsed 0 times since getting the app and I am on day 13. I have struggled for 4 years, and my max is 18 days free which I hit just about a month ago. Going back literally is just not a choice for me. The change starts now I can’t keep saying I’ll deal with it later. Starting sophomore year of college in August, and I’m closer to getting married than I am to entering sophomore year is highschool. I will not carry this baggage into my marriage or family. Biggest phrase that has helped me: I love my girlfriend and I love Jesus more than I love porn and masturbation. We all can do this.
