First relapse

I’ve had times of anywhere from 6 months to 2 years of freedom from pornography and masturbation… I just fell again and I’m sick of this feeling. I know I’m letting down God, myself, and my future wife every time this happens. I didn’t watch pornography but that doesn’t matter. I need to do better than this.
