im 19 and i have a 83 day streak(still counting) i just used the panic button everytime

yes it’s 100% true, i was 160 days clean then i relapsed but when i was going that long without anything i had no social anxiety and i even had girls come up to me in restaurants and stuff

This is all great guys! Thank you! I really appreciate you all taking the time to help a stranger. The longest I ever went was a month. Other than that it was maybe 5-8 days here and there. I myself, would notice a massive shift in my mood,confidence and anxiety levels. I’ve been watching since I was 11 and the first stuff I saw was pretty freaky so it really escalated from there. I think the anxiety also comes from the type of stuff I would watch kind of like a shame/guilt. I appreciate all the comments

I think you are setting yourself up for failure in a way. Who knows where you will be in 90 days... If after 90 days you still have issues are you going to go back to this disgusting habit?

Quitting porn is just a testament to your mental fortitude. If you can bring yourself to do something as great as surprising an addiction, what can't you do? Whether it's achieving good grades or performing well at your jobs, they all are more achievable than quitting porn.

(I said most likely bc I don't know how your life looks like, but porn presumably isn't the only problem in your life, yk best ofc)

As someone who has an official streak of 120 days, I'd say it 100% helps you be more self confident & be more self aware, but u can't blame EVERYTHING on this addiction. Overcoming porn addiction is most likely only a small and first step toward becoming a high valuable man. It's not just about quitting porn, it's also about getting more connected with God, heal your spirit & mind, working out to become a stronger man, etc.

I am at 65 I’m 26 and been struggling half my life It does work I’ve gotten more numbers from woman than I’ve had before and I’ve been talking to them. That’s just the start though.
