Seem to just not be able to get past a weekend without relapsing.
Very understandable, for me i’m at my most vulnerable when bored and alone in my room or something. What worked for me was constantly keeping myself busy, whether that’s going outside, gym, playing some xbox, anything that occupies me
For me in weekends i give my self challenge not to use my phone,i can only use my pc and its helped me(im on 21 days keep pushing bro ,you can do it)
