Since I started to quit 2 weeks ago I haven't been able to sleep more than a couple of hours , before I was getting good and restful sleep anyone have any tips?

Cut out blue light an hour before bed, use blue light blocking glasses 3 hours before bed, no nicotine caffeine or alcohol 6-10 hours before bed, take melatonin, and if you wake up with an urge do not masturbarte. It will suck at first, but eventually you’ll break the habit of having to orgasm to be sleepyZ
