My main problem with quitting is when I get to the third day usually I feel so low that I cant even play video games I am that depressed, depression and anxiety in combination with it make it very hard to succeed. Please give me any advice you have, im struggling boys.

Indulge in other things maybe, go eat something that’s not healthy for you as soon as you find yourself alone and the urge, or drink some caffeine and pump iron

Ya gotta be sick of the life this habit is fostering, you need to want more and see this as an anchor holding you back. Dont just quit to quit, find purpose.
