7 days for the first time ever

I’ve tried before in the past on my own without using this app and never got past 4-5 days, I never kept close count. But this is probably the first time in my life ever since I started masturbating and watching porn that I have not done it for 7 days. This app made me be accountable and allowed me to stay focused.
