Hi guys I am 70 days in , everyone stay strong and true to yourself if you if you are near the end or starting the journey, I will tell you it’s gonna a be hard and I know everyone can do it, I have struggled with pornography for almost 7 years and I am now almost 3 months clean, find some to talk to that’s your partner or close friend tell them about the achievement, so they can be happy for you too. Trust me guys you will feel the changes after the first month without pornography and the changes are better then releasing that dopamine rush hit, stay strong everyone 😊😊
