After losing a 60 day streak where I truly thought I was done with porn, I find myself struggling to even build up to a week. It’s crazy to think but I was just wondering if anyone is in the same boat and has gotten out of this boat before.
I once blew a two year sobriety. I’ve not achieved a streak that long since. I think it’s easy to get caught up in feeling upset with yourself over the streak you lost, but you really just have to take it one day at a time. Whether you’ve been clean for a day or 7 or 60, you ARE clean. Don’t borrow trouble and just worry about today.
Hey Harry, yep I think there are plenty of us out here that have done that, just have to pick yourself back up climb back into the right boat and remember what got you on this app and the path that you were going remember the why of it all.
