Day 13 , going strong but now I’m getting the images in my head of the videos I’ve seen in the past . Any advice on changing focus . I’m generally personal who practices meditation but these thoughts pop up out of nowhere .
I’m on day 13. Going strong tho - if that happens, put your focus on breathing, and if not then read a book or try to listen to music and actively sing the lyrics
