If you have an iPhone activate parental control to block everything 17+. It will block sites and apps. And put in a code random with eyes closed so that you cannot remove it, or ask a REAL friend to put the code and to never tell you what it is. On android there are a few good ones. Qustodio Free for 1 device, pornblocker etc…
